Lori Cohen tells jurors C.R. Bard properly warned physicians of the risks and potential complications of its Align and Avaulta pelvic implants and those warnings were passed on to Mary McGinnis, who decided to undergo surgery and be treated with those devices. McGinnis is suing bard contending she now suffers from chronic pain because the devices are defective.
