Kevin Brown tells jurors Lamplighter Village Homeowner’s Association board members are volunteers and did the best job they could in overseeing the association and property. Brown represents the association in a suit by Carl Thompson, who claims he suffered a traumatic brain injury when a metal bar on a swing set broke and struck his head.
