Fred Blum tells jurors that video surveillance proves a “disconnect” between the injuries Matthew Lennig claims he suffered and the activities he is able to perform. Lennig and his brother Michael were injured in a head-on collision with a semi-truck driven by Hector Contreras for CRST International. Contreras admits fault for the crash but contends the brothers’ injuries are less severe than they claim.
