Todd Suddleson tells jurors documents show CertainTeed was not a regular supplier of asbestos-containing pipe to pipefitter Francisco Herrera’s employer, and there was nothing linking Herrera to the only two projects for which CertainTeed supplied pipe to the employer. Herrera died of mesothelioma, and his widow is suing the company.
