Mesh Device Not Risk-Free, But Is FDA Approved, Says Defense in Trial

Robert Adams tells jurors that Boston Scientific’s Solyx pelvic mesh device is not risk-free, it is considered safe and effective by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Adams represents Boston Scientific in Eve Sherrer’s suit against the company for chronic pain she says was caused by the Solyx.
