Chris Panatier uses red flags to illustrate what he says are the ways in which Johnson & Johnson knew asbestos was in its talc baby powder. Panatier represents Tina Herford, who is suing J&J and its talc supplier, Imerys Talc America, claiming she developed mesothelioma because of exposure to asbestos in the consumer giant’s baby powder.
