Ethicon Attorney Contends Doctor Knew of Mesh Device’s Risks: Hrymoc v. Ethicon Openings

Judy Wahrenberger says all of the complications Elizabeth Hrymoc claims to have suffered from after the insertion of an Ethicon Prolift pelvic mesh device were known to her doctor when he considered the surgery for her. Hrymoc claims she suffers from chronic pain because of the device and is suing Ethicon--a division of Johnson & Johnson--alleging the device was defectively designed and the company did not adequately warn of its risks.
