Cruise Line CEO’s Email About Predecessor “Vicious” and False, Atty Says in Defamation, Breach Trial: Veitch Investments v. NCL Closings
Jeff Gutchess tells jurors an email by Norwegian Cruise Lines CEO Kevin Sheehan to Travel Week magazine falsely disparaged the work of former CEO Colin Veitch and was part of a broader effort aimed at attacking an earluer Travel Week article that painted Veitch in a positive light. Veitch is suing Sheehan and NCL for defamation and breach of contract.
