Michael Stewart tells jurors plaintiffs’ legal team failed to support their claims that Diane Reimert was not properly treated during her stay at a nursing facility. Reimert developed bed sores while she was at the facility and ultimately died from complications that led to pneumonia. Her family is suing the nursing home and staff that Rtreated her.
