Garo Mardirossian Contends Caltrans Responsible for Collision that Injured Former UCLA Player

Garo Mardirossian tells jurors the California Department of Transportation, or Caltrans, was responsible for poor roadway conditions that he says caused the traffic accident that cost his client, Amri Ekbatani, his leg. Ekbatani, a former football player at the University of California, Los Angeles, is suing Caltrans.
