Garo Mardirossian shows evidence in support of his contention that the California Department of Transportation, also known as Caltrans, should have known about a dangerous road condition that caused drivers to cross a center line when turning at an intersection. Mardirossian represents Amri Ekbatani, who lost his leg in a collision when a driver made a similar turn at the intersection.
