Jill Siciliano tells jurors evidence shows the California Department of Transportation, or Caltrans, took precautionary measures to address safety questions about a roadway intersection. Amri Ekbatani, who was injured in a collision at the intersection, is suing Caltrans, claiming its failure to address dangers at the site caused his collision.
