Chris Panatier uses red flags to illustrate what he claims was Johnson & John’s long-standing knowledge that its talc powder contained asbestos minerals. Panatier represents Tina Herford, who claims she developed mesothelioma from inhaling asbestos in J&J’s talc-based products. Herford is suing J&J and Imerys Talc America, the consumer giant’s supplier of the mineral, in the first talc asbestos case to go to trial.
