Todd Benoff tells jurors there is no proof asbestos was in the talc products Tina Herford used before her mesothelioma diagnosis and no proof talc caused the woman’s mesothelioma. Benoff represents Imerys Talc America, which supplies Johnson & Johnson with the mineral for the consumer giant’s talc-based products. Herford is suing both companies, claiming she developed mesothelioma from asbestos in those products.
