Arthur Preciado Says LA School Intended to Protect Student's Safety in Trial Over Drug Sting

Arthur Preciado tells jurors that school officials were prepared to do whatever was necessary to protect the safety of a 12-year-old middle school student who participated in a sting operation to buy drugs from a suspected dealer on campus, including providing any needed counseling. A California jury awarded the student and his parents over $1 million in their lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District.
