Tyron Sheppard tells a California jury that the only physician who said that his client Linda Bosetti did not have a disabling physical injury was a U.S. Life staff physician who examined Bosetti’s medical records after claims adjusters already decided to discontinue her disability benefits. The jury found in Bosetti’s favor on her claim for continuing disability benefits under her group insurance policy.
