Dr. Sharon Hogan, a physician for U.S. Life Insurance Company who examined the medical records of plaintiff Linda Bosetti, testifies that Bosetti was never diagnosed with fibromyalgia or any disabling physical condition during her eligibility period for benefits. A California jury found in Bosetti’s favor on her claim for continuing disability benefits under her group insurance policy.
