Linda Bosetti’s treating physician, Dr. Barbara LeBron, testifies that Bosetti’s chief complaint at the time of her disability diagnosis was joint pain, and that the pain was a factor in the doctor’s determination that Bosetti was disabled. A California jury found in Bosetti’s favor on her claim for continuing disability insurance benefits against U.S. Life Insurance Company.
