Arthur Preciado Argues LA School Administrators Not at Fault Drug Sting

Defense attorney Arthur Preciado tells a California jury that school administrators did not intend to harm a 12-year old middle school student when they enlisted him to participate in a drug sting operation. The jury issued a verdict in favor of the student and his parents of over $1 million in their lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District.
