Plaintiff’s attorney Steven Wittmer tells a Florida jury that, even if his client were to be hired at some job, she would be unable to remain employed long term due to physical and emotional limitations resulting from a 2005 auto accident caused by defendant, Charles Owen. The jury awarded Barnes $1.82 million in her personal injury suit against Owen, including $470K for past and future lost earnings.
