Defense expert witness, Dr. Deborah Budding, testifies that plaintiff’s documented behavioral problems were caused by undiagnosed, long-term ADHD that predated an incident in which the 12-year-old middle school student participated in a drug sting operation. A California jury awarded the boy and his parents over $1M in their lawsuit against the Los Angeles Unified School District.
