Defense attorney Troy McRitchie criticizes plaintiff's experts’ opinions that Alicia Barnes would not be able to work again following her 2005 automobile accident caused by McRitchie’s client Charles Owen. McRitchie contends the experts did not have all the information available about her employment history when they formed those opinions. The jury awarded Barnes $1.82 million in her personal injury case against Owen, including $470K for past and future lost earnings.
