Joseph Fasi, representing Philip Morris, tells jurors that medical evidence is insufficient to link Barbara Ruth Lourie’s smoking and the cancer that ultimately led to her death. Lourie's husband is suing Philip Morris, R.J. Reynolds, and Lorillard, claiming their conspiracy to hide the dangers of cigarettes led to his wife's nicotine addiction and fatal cancer.
