Roger Lutz Argues Doctor's Lack of Care Led to Child's Death

Roger Lutz tells jurors Dr. Snehal Pairkh was negligent in his care of 15-year-old Hailey Chapman, which ultimately led to her death. Lutz argued that, if Parikh had completed a CT scan, he would have discovered Hailey suffered from intestinal thrombosis before the condition became fatal.
