Todd Miller tells jurors that his client, Dr. Snehal Parikh, acted appropriately in treating 15-year-old Hailey Chapman, and that, during an ER visit, Chapman showed no symptoms of the blood clots that led to her death. Chapman’s mother, Virginia, sued Parikh, claiming he was negligent in failing to order tests that may have discovered the clots.
