Defense Moves for Mistrial After Tobacco Expert Compares Smoking Death and 9-11

In moving for a mistrial, defense attorney Jeffrey Furr says a statement by Dr. Shannon Miller comparing the number of smoking-related deaths each year to the deaths in the 2001 attack on the World Trade Center was calculated to inflame the jury.
