Dr. Luis Villa testifies that there would have been no tell-tale symptoms that 15-year-old Hailey Chapman was suffering from potentially fatal blood clots when she visited the emergency room before her death, but that the clots were significant enough to become fatal soon after she left the ER. Chapman’s mother sued Dr. Snehal Parikh, claiming he failed to properly treat the child.
