Marianne Howanitz tells jurors evidence shows Theorphilus Clark did not hit the brakes on his truck until after it struck the car with Deborah and Eliezer Maldonado Jr. inside. The two were killed in the collision. Eliezer Maldonado Sr., represented by Howanitz, is suing Wayne T. Fellows, Inc. and Peoplease Corporation, a trucking firm and human resources company, for its role in hiring and training Clark.
