In Trial Against Trucking Firm, James Sparkman Says Drunk Driver Caused Accident That Killed 2

James Sparkman says a drunk driver who struck a car carrying Deborah and Eliezer Maldonado Jr., and left their car disabled was the ultimate cause of a later crash in which trucker Theorphilus Clark, struck the Maldonados’ car, killing the two inside. Eliezer Maldonado Sr. is suing Sparkman’s client, Wayne T. Fellows Inc. for its role in the fatal crash.
