Marianne Howanitz tells jurors that trucker Theorphilus Clark was responsible for the fatal late-night crash that killed Deborah and Eliezer Maldonado Jr., because he ignored warning signs attempting to indicate the Maldonados’ car was stranded in the middle of the road. Eliezer Maldonado Sr. is suing Clark’s employers, Wayne T. Fellows Inc. and Peoplelease Corporation.
