Allen Smith tells jurors Johnson & Johnson and Imerys Talc America used tactics similar to the tobacco industry to hide evidence of the dangers of talc and avoid regulation. Smith's client, Nora Daniels, is suing the two companies, claiming her use of the companies’ talc products gave her cancer.
