George Peterson tells jurors that the weight of expert testimony supports the conclusion that health care providers, including Dr. Mardiros Mihranian, met their standard of care in discharging Flora Martirosian after her gall bladder surgery. Martirosian, an Armenian folk singer, died after her discharge. Her family is suing Peterson’s client, Mihranian.
