Timothy Bouch argues evidence shows Dale Jolly was not exposed to dangerous levels of asbestos from his work with valve gaskets. Jolly is suing Bouch’s clients, Fisher Controls International and Crosby Controls International, claiming they are responsible for his asbestos-related mesothelioma.
