Anthony Sonnett tells jurors no one saw Jamie Powell’s motorcycle strike a pothole before his fatal crash in 2014. Sonnett represents BNSF Railway Co, who, along with the City of San Diego is being sued by Powell’s family. They claim roadway potholes and gaps in the railroad’s track caused Powell’s crash.
