Gary Roberts describes how Dr. David Vastola found late-stage colon cancer during a colonoscopy on Zaven Kazandjian, just 18 months after a colonoscopy in which Vastola had said Kazandjian’s colon was clear. Kazandjian, diagnosed with terminal cancer, claims Vastola missed a polyp or early-stage tumor in that earlier colonoscopy.
