Hector Buigas tells jurors the cancer Dr. David Vastola discovered on a second colonoscopy of Zaven Kazandjian either was not present or was imperceptibly small during his first colonoscopy of Kazandjian 18 months earlier. Kazandjian, who suffers from terminal cancer, is suing Vastola, claiming he was negligent in failing to find the cancer in the earlier colonoscopy.
