Boston Scientific Delivers Closing Arguments in Massachusetts Pelvic Mesh Trial

In closing arguments of Maria Cardenas's pelvic mesh suit against Boston Scientific, defense counsel Susan Murphy tells jurors that the physician who prescribed the company’s pelvic mesh device was adequately warned that the device might erode into Cardenas's urethra. Cardenas’s suit against the company is the second Massachusetts trial involving Boston Scientific and its pelvic mesh devices.
