Alex Alvarez describes what he claims was Andrew Schleider’s nicotine addiction and how it affected his daily life. Schleider died from cancer in 1997. His widow, Diane, is suing R.J. Reynolds, claiming Schleider’s addiction to RJR’s cigarettes caused his fatal lung cancer.
